Getting Ready for Another Homearama in Cincinnati
It's hard to believe we're on the verge of yet another Cincinnati Homearama. Last year showcased a special rendition of the event referred to as, "The Urban Edition." Hosted across the river in Newport's community of Martin's Gate, 2023 was a bit of a different animal. But this is a brand new year, a brand new event, and a brand new collection of some of the finest custom homes and builders in Greater Cincinnati. Let’s take a look at what you need to know up to this point about Homearama Cincinnati 2024.
Where is Homearama Cincinnati in 2024?
This year’s event will be located in The Reserves at Stone Pillars Farm in Goshen Township, Ohio, from August 24, 2024 - September 8, 2024. The team at Robert Lucke Group is beyond proud this year to wear the hat of not only custom home builder, but also co-developer.
The Robert Lucke Group will be building its custom home entry on Lot 17 — a private and flat yard and the largest property in The Reserves section of Stone Pillars Farm. Although Lucke has already secured a customer for the 2024 show, other interested home buyers may also build with Lucke on lots 2 (walkout), 5 (walkout), 23 and 28 in The Reserves at Stone Pillars Farm.

“The Reserves at Stone Pillars Farm is being developed by Klosterman Farm Land Development, LLC (Scott Lucke, Dan deStefano and Tim Myers). The Reserves at Stone Pillars Farm is located in Goshen Township, Clermont County (just a couple of miles outside of downtown Loveland). Goshen Township currently has 17,500 residents and is the fifth largest of fourteen townships in Clermont County.
The Reserves at Stone Pillars Farm is a single-family residential community located on approximately 39 acres. It is zoned as Agricultural and Rural Residential. The Reserves at Stone Pillars Farm (the HOMEARAMA® section) will include 27 lots, all one plus acres. There will be 11 lots available for HOMEARAMA® builders. Stone Pillars Farm will also include an estate section — The Estates at Stone Pillars Farm — that will feature 10 lots, each 10-15 acres.
Stone Pillars Farm is an upscale equestrian community in a convenient rural setting. Whether you own a horse or not, you will enjoy this scenic community. Stone Pillars Farm has a Loveland mailing address but is part of the Goshen Local School District. It is minutes from I-275, downtown Loveland and its shops and restaurants, the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail and Long Branch Farm & Trails (Cincinnati Nature Center).
There are four golf courses within five minutes of the site. The Estates at Stone Pillars Farm has a beautiful horse barn and fields. There is a boarding stable, white-tail eventing at the riding center and bridle and hiking trails maintained by the HOA for both the Estates & Reserves section.”
