Lucke’s Newest Custom Model Home is Coming Soon to Kensington of Mason
Back in October, we announced that a new model home would be coming to Mason's English Garden-inspired luxury community. As planning and design continue to progress, we are excited to introduce another handcrafted Lucke model home to Kensington.
The Aurora will consist of 3,800 square feet––split between 2,747 on the main floor and 1,053 in the lower level. The Lucke model will be listed at $995,000.
Borrowing its name from a lively city on the outskirts of Denver, Colorado, the Aurora will mostly continue where Lucke’s Breckenridge (from HOMEARAMA® 2019) left off, but with a more polished take on “mountain modern” living. For example, visitors will notice many similarities between the main floors of both the Breckenridge and the Aurora, but where the Breckenridge featured a stained cedar boxed beam ceiling, the Aurora will show painted beams. Where the Breckenridge showed off its rustic stone-to-ceiling fireplace, the Aurora will utilize a more contemporary painted brick.
Those of us who can’t wait to see the Aurora live and in-person will have to wait a little longer, as the new custom model home isn’t scheduled to be open to the public until the end of July 2020.
